The key to being successful in the gym is consistency. The first step is committing to a plan.
Choose a monthly subscription, or Emma’s signature four month training program tailored to your goals, gym, health concerns/injuries, all done through Emma’s app.
Emma creates your calendar based off of your strategy call, with your reps and sets set, with instructional videos for every exercise.
Track your progress photos, body measurements, nutrition, personal bests, and more in one spot.
Macro and nutrition is included with ALL options.

In Person Training

If you are local to the Orlando area, Emma offers both packages, and individual sessions to train with her in-person. Track your progress through the app, learn to use the gym, create a solid relationship with food, and get to the goals you have set out for yourself.
Every workout is tailored to YOU, with nutrition and macro coaching added as well.
